There are many recipes on this page to mincemeat. On the meat mixture, not ground meat recipes and cooking recipes that can be used for meat.

Try for a healthy recipe with minced beef recipes, one of these for Chile relleno. Some are good for you things that you can appreciate. I would also add to give a lot of maize and beans in my ground meat, to the additional nutritional value.

1 pound ground meat
6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (16 oz) package baby carrots
3 cups water
2 tablespoons onion mixture
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning tea
1 teaspoon salt

Pepper 1 / 4 c. Tea
Concentrate 1 (10.75 ounces) tomato soup, undiluted
1 (6 ounces) Italian tomato paste

1 cup dry jasmine rice
2 cups water
1 pound of meat
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

Carrot
Beans (canned)
Tomatoes

Remove all fat, and the mixture in the pan.

Healthy stuffed peppers on the website that someone had seen very good, and I prefer ground beef, I will try, that instead of Turkey.

You can make burritos with ground meat and add corn, peppers and mushrooms.
