Do you own an Insignia 7" digital picture frame? - insignia 7 dual screen portable dvd player.

I have a 7 "Insignia digital picture and try to configure.

I have everything that appears in the contents of the package, with the exception of the CD to be with her. Do I really need the CD? Has anyone else bought this and had the same problem?
